No murderer should have a choice. This shouldn't be an option for anyone on trial, especially if there is evidence proving that they played in a hand in the crime.

What ever happened to inocent until proven guilty and that all have their right to their day in court???

I agree about innocent until proven guilty. But if they are found guilty, I think that the sentence should not only be "lock them up and throw away the key," but also that a picture of that poor boy whom they tortured and killed should look down on them for the rest of their lives. They shouldn't forget him or what they did to him.

ok,i'll give you inocent till proven naw if they know there guilty do them.when it's a women or a child there should be no quarter.they should be given what they gave the child.and oh when there convicted , put them in with the general prison populas.and let justice run its course .
