i think the brain doesn't finish developing until 23 or 24. if he killed her, he should do life. if he just had sex, i'd give him therapy. in cases like this, i really blame the parents.

I would say it is a pure act of rape and murder.
The 12 year old did not deserve to die. It really upsets me when young children are being sexually violated.
My condolences to her family.

Man is right! Aren't there enough 'willing' women out there to have sex with? Twelve years old is still a child. This 'man' should be punished severely for this/these crimes. Thaerapy...give me a break!!
