Maybe if more rapists were handed sentences such as this the crimes of rape and sexual abuse would decrease. Letters of apology to victims...save the paper for the next time he runs out of Charmin!

This disgusting piece of humanity got less than he deserved, however I am sure he will get what he deserves in prison.

GREG CUMMINGS the lawyer - is that what lawyers do - LIE AND CONNIVE - disgusting man should be struck off. As for EVERADO RINCON, 51 years - WONDERFUL SENTENCE-- I doubt he will last that long, as I know I can depend on the prison population to show him what rape really is - -

Jean, I believe you may be correct. I'll bet he becomes somebody's "girlfriend" as soon as he gets in. Good. He will then begin to understand how it feels.

there's really no denying what happened when you have multiple victims. it may seem cruel and unusual because he's so young, but what else can society do. you can't risk public safety on a case like this.

So, the child's mother was dating his brother, the child was left a strange family and there were handguns in the household. No excuse for this teen's behaviour but this parent put her child in a really nasty situation

I don't know what this mother was thinking of.All rapists should be in jail for life and put to hard labour.Yes, i hope and pray he gets to know how it feels to be raped and then he'll know how much the victims suffer. TY Lone.

Why would he just kill his own life this way!!??? Beyond my comprehension..now it looks like he has all the time to repent for what he did.....such a young life of a girl marred by this cruel and horrid act!!!

Who wants an apology from someone who would do it again if he had the chance?

Child molesters are not thought very highly of in jail. He might find out what it's like to be repeatedly raped.

Instead of sending out hate, sending thoughts & prayers to those young girls.

"and its refusal to allow letters of apology Rincon wrote to all his victims made it impossible for the jury to remain objective." BS! What are these apologies worth? He got what he deserved. He even abused his own younger sister. He is a monster.

Amen Patricia..........!

I recall the case of a young black man in Louisiana. Can't think of his name but never forgot his story. At seventeen he tried to rob a bank & in the process shot a woman dead. Obviously he was caught & I believe sent up for life.

From the moment he was incarcerated he was sorry as sin for killing the woman & as sorry for what put him where he ended up for something like forty years. One appeal after the other failed and when you get into Angola you don't get out as a rule.
Finally he was released after all those years being there. But, while he was there all locked up he set about learning what he never bothered to learn before......His ABC's
Eventually he became an award winning writer & a book was written about what he had accomlished.

I personally was very happy for this man.......He paid his dues for a crime and he truly didn't mean to kill anyone.

But, this kid here on this thread has done something that was totally calculated, preplanned and malicious. Hopefully he never gets out as on some trumped up plea of mercy like the guy who kidnapped J.C. Duggard & kept her locked up for eighten years of her life. And this man had been released more than once for rape!!

Yes.....Some as young as this kid need to be put away permanently. And, his mother was as much to blame as he was. She struck me as a woman who should never been allowed to have kids!!

Plant & protect trees for life.......................

There is no sentence long enough nor labor hard enough for this cold, calculating monster! Yes, he is young but that is NO EXCUSE for not knowing right from wrong when he is clearly smart enough to premeditate and carry out his agenda! I so agree with B.M....hopefully he never gets out on trumped up plea of mercy or insanity!
