We don't need to create small private banks we simply need an economic environment that allows for small business, even banking to have a level playing field. Currently our economic environment is all set up for protection of the mega corporations to squeeze out the small business.

Jill Stein is one savvy lady that does understand the problems we are facing and the solutions that would help us dig out.

See, it is possible to find people with integrity in politics! Even in the US :)

Thank you for finding this, Brian. Although I did watch the special on DN, this interview was quite concise and yet highlighted all major points. What a wonderful lady she is, hard to imagine there could be any disagreement with her perspectives. As for Kit's statements re banks, that is correct but I personally would prefer and suggest more co-op banks, union credits.

Unfortunately, like many of her "followers", Stein is unrealistic. Understanding and actually doing something to make a change are two different things.

Thanks Brian. She was handcuffed for hours after trying to get into the second debate between Obama and Rmoney. Our "choice" is between 2 candidates supported by the same money. Imagine if she had been allowed to debate Obama and Romney, and people actually knew her name, and knew there is another point of view that a lot of Americans would embrace.
