The truly great thing about hemp is that it grows quite quickly and easily absorbs as CO2 from the atmosphere as trees but in a great deal less time. Hemp cleans the soil by uptaking heavy metals and other pollutants out of the earth. It is excellent as a building material, for clothing, for fuel, for food, and for medicine. Hemp is good for humanity and for the planet.

In the United States, it is legal to possess hemp, to process hemp into products, and to sell those products...but it is illegal to grow it. Canadian farmers are reaping huge profits while American farmers are losing their homes.
