I hope this will bring income and jobs to the tribes as well.

The federal occupation gov't says that the people have autonomy, but then whenever a tribe or even just a tribal member wants to do something, anything, there are seemingly endless bureaucratic hoops designed to discourage any improvement of life for the people in the gulags, er, reservations. The human beings need greater autonomy and greater ability to self-determine their present and their future.

It sounds good as long as the Tribe wants it and also they stay true to their word and give the money to the Tribe. They need to protect their selves and get everything in writing with witnesses, notary, etc. especially with all the greed we see now days. I hope it works out for the Tribe

Turns out that reservation lands in the Great Plains have the best wind - let's build the turbines and put up the transmission lines.

Many reservations have unemployment rates as high as 80%. More needs to be done to provide jobs to the people.

The clean energy initiatives are a win-win for the environment and the First Nations people.
