Noted, checked & saved.

Domo, John. . . Americans tend to think they're beyond what happens to others: this is one of our great hypocrises. Some do care, here and there, but they're always too few ("The harvest is great, but the workers are few. . .").

Eventually, if we don't wake up, something's gonna come up and bite us in the ass.

"Till the pain is so big you feel nothin at all" I can't remember the exact date that EWOI entered into the campaign to save the genocide happening in Darfur but I know its been more than 4 long agonizing years now, trying to get the attention of the public, US government, United Nations, World. With literally countless letters, meetings, lobby, through the largest humanitarian organizations in the world, pleading for help....none came. NOW, over a "million" man, woman, child have perished and millions have been displaced, running helpless from an army trying to hunt them down like animals. FINALLY, this most serious is problem is getting the attention it has always deserved, but sadly too late for countless thousands who have suffered tragic loss and life. PLEASE HELP this make the front page....for once!!

All of East Africa is torn apart by civil war. The U.S. cares noting for any part of africa that has nothing that the rich and powerful can prifit from. Just more evidence we have become a fascist nation. Fascism = corporatism.

This is not the only part of the world where genocide is going on. Look at Burma. The powers that be have a plan to reduce the world population by at least half. Western nations are not imune. martial law is coming and "undesirables" will be rounded up just like in Nazi Germany.

The eastern world, it is exploding
Violence flarin’, bullets loadin’
You’re old enough to kill, but not for votin’
You don’t believe in war, but what’s that gun you’re totin’
And even the Jordan River has bodies floatin’

But you tell me
Over and over and over again, my friend
Ah, you don’t believe
We’re on the eve
of destruction.

hey good video and message--but the last i recall we cant go into their country (USA) or get into battle there-I remember it being brought up and it lied on the leaders in Darfur to ask us in and we (USA) had been trying to negotiate to get that done--I truelly believe that its not because we the USA leaders dont care about whats happening or that its about money---I sure dont know everything--if we go it will be a war a battle--the people-citizens like on this video are asking for the UN and USA to help them---but we can never go into a country to help battle for one side against the other with out the head leaders of the side that needs us asking us in--I trruelly believe that we would be there in a flash if it were possible--but thats my opinion---sometimes there are things going on that we the public just dont know all about or understand and we always seem to jump to the conclusion that its all about power and money being the negative against our own country----
thanks John for posting and I hope that this is something that the leaders there the UN and the USA can agree on so we can get things started to put an end to whats been happening in Darfur for WAY to long
peace
terrie

What did we just do in Iraq? I don't think we were invited. But we (the US) shouldn't be the policemen of the world either. That's for the UN and China has been the hold out because they are the main weapon supliers of the Darfur government. I remember when we were enemys with China for human rights violations but since they started selling us cheep products with slave labor that's killing us, they are now our "friends".
