"Honestly, I don't view myself as a victim of gun violence," she said simply. "I view myself as a victim of a maniac who happened to use a gun as a tool, and I view myself as a victim of the legislators at the time who left me defenseless."

Absolutely true; why does the government think that we will be safe if they ban guns or restrict ownership? We will be more vulnerable than we already are.

B.S. She could have bought any firearm she could afford had she wanted. The shooters mom had no problem with buying as many as she wanted and could afford.

Obama is walking down a path of where he will not reach his destination on gun control. The majority of Americans believe in the Second Amendment and as frustrated as Obama wants us to believe he is this will be like closing GITMO. It won't happen.

The only reason he wants to take up all the guns is so HE feels HE is safe...he could care less about the American citizen...he has proved it more times than not!!
