I have participated in several beach cleanups here in corpus. Public sponsored beaches that is. The minute you step foot onto private one cares. Well, I do but you know what I mean. In it's way it makes me feel like my effort was a waste of time. High tides, a good wind and viola, what I just cleaned is a mess again. Sure wish the state, county, city would ENFORCE the dumping, littering, eyesore, whatever laws on the PROPERTY OWNER !!!! Win for the environment and win in money for the gov.... oh yeah that's right...the gov...I'm in Texas.

That is just asinine! To ruin other areas is never acceptable, but to even TOUCH this area with filthy Junk, and they plan on doing a pipeline..there goes another place that will be looking like the Pacific Garbage dump.
