One more pit is showing how wrong people who are being racist and sharing lies about the breed are. Lets please share all these positive stories. These stories can help us stop BSL.

Is the third story on a week, imagine, how many pits and other strong breeds are saving lives and do not get to the news, please I ask all the strong breeds parents, if ever this happens to you, make noise with it, make news. These stories need to come forwards and be told. This could stop BSL, this could make people see that these dogs are great.

Great story - about a great dog -doesn't say much for the ones who wouldn't help her though-but does say a lot for ones who did-the animal welfare -thank you.

Fantastic dog!! To H*** with the breed, she is a hero no matter whether she was a Yorkie or an Irish Wolfhound. Those who refused to help her should be ashamed of themselves and close up their businesses as they are not here to help the animals, just to make money.

Moo-moo, you are a fantastic heroine. You should get an extra dish of your favorite food.

pitbulls do not deserve the evil image they are given....they are sweet dogs if raised for properly with love and respect.

What a great job that Moo-Moo did. I wrote on my Facebook page and said that in Victorian times (and there are tons of photos to back this up) that Pit Bulls were called the "nanny" breed because they were so good with children.
It's not the dog, it's the owner always.

There is nothing wrong with the breed. You can tell a lot about people when watching the behavior of their pets. The pets reflect human souls.

What a wonderful dog. Pit bulls get a bad rap. It's their owners who need to be trained so they can have well behaved dogs. This wonderful dog deserves a life time of luxury.

These dogs have been abused and exploited by people and do not deserve their horrible reputation. I'm just glad Moo Moo has a great family that loves her for the wonderful dog that she has proven herself to be.

Stanley Coren quote: A man once told me that his dog was half pit bull and half Poodle. He claimed that it wasn't much good as a guard dog, but it was a vicious gossip.

Ever since I heard of it, I have been calling Breed Specific Legislation racism - as it is - it takes no account of the individual dog's character and training and upbringing. Hooray for Moo-Moo!!
