Another good, viable, and clean source of energy. As long as the planet exists there's going to be waves, wind, and sun - use them!

Not too sure about this idea - its going to cause an awful lot of damage to the sea floor. Don't think the seas can cope with too much more - it is under stress already from shipping. "fishing", oil platforms, storage for toxic materials, pollution from the land, and generally regarded as a rubbish bin by many of the world's peoples.
