Disgustingly barbaric - greed trumps the greater good again.

How do they insure the animals won't go to canned hunting operations? This is horrible!

I don't get it, where are the animals going to go? What is going to happen to them. Like Lori says, How do they insure the animals won't go to canned hunting operations? This is so unbelievable. They are not only treating farm animals like products, they are doing the same with wildlife. ANIMALS ARE NOT PRODUCTS.

Wild animals are not groceries... No one should be able to go shopping for them to buy. Why does it always boil down to MONEY??? This is perverse and wrong

Disgusting behaviour from humans yet again. I am sick of them ('them' humans, as I hardly consider myself part of the species to be honest, or if I do, it's with shame).

Good point from Eleni, what if they go to canned hunting?!!! This is most disgusting.

I have found this information about the auction, so anyone who can, please phone them to protest!!: Further information can be obtained from Louisa Mupetami at 0811278520 and Dr. Mark Jago at 0811273242.

I've tried to find the Safari Hotel in Etosha so we could all send them emails and or phone them, but it's been futile. There's so many hotels in the area called Safari Hotel that I just don't know which one it could possibly be! My first search in Google was the following words: safari hotel Etosha auction july 25 - but nothing relevant on the hotel except more news on this appeared. If anyone manages to find them, it would be helpful if they could post their details here so we can all protest.

I know the hotel is only a small link in the chain, but it's something. Or if anyone knows of anyone else higher up then please also post the details here.
