I just noted your article today, we're not strays, we're abandoned, with the hope that no animal nowhere on Earth suffers. This article you are posting is about two year's old, believe me, we still have animals, strays who can roam freely amongst us, but enough is enough, and you have to answer for this unjust attack in a court of law. I will personally make sure of that, if it is the last thing I do. Don't hide behind that mask of endangered animals, I will personally take you and your kind to court. You have earned enough money and respect using them.

People in my country, who cannot even feed their kids, or have them vaccinated, put out a bowl of food for the strays, and care for them. You may be able to buy a few psycopaths and alcoholics to support your agenda, who carry Turkish citizenship, but you will all have to answer for this, I promise you.

Hundreds of dead dogs in a garbage dump? Are you talking about the hundreds of dogs you have gassed in just one of your shelters? Nearly an hour, and no reply. Well, that says it all, I guess. I'll see you all in court.

ANKARA, Turkey —Turkish authorities are openly violating laws to prevent cruelty against animals, with abuses against stray dogs intensifying, rights activists and opposition lawmakers say.The charges follow the recent discovery of hundreds of dead dogs in a garbage dump in Ankara’s Mamak district, whose mayor belongs to the ruling Justice and Development Party. Animal rights campaigners allege the dogs were poisoned or shot dead by teams of municipal workers whose job is to curb the city’s large population of strays.Under an animal rights law adopted in 2004 as part of this predominantly Muslim nation’s efforts to join the European Union, municipalities are to gather strays and neuter and inoculate them against rabies. They can then either tag them and set them loose or place them in government-run shelters.
