I just read the article, and I can't imagine how they could claim it was an accident! Accident my butt! Several incidents like this happened near me, not with as many casualties but just as horrible. In one incident they even baited the gulls so they could run them over at a mall near me. Thunderr Wolf, as a NJ resident, you may have heard about this possibly. (Cumberland County Mall incidents) People who do this are truly sick for mowing down these poor birds....they aren't hurting anyone, just resting and there always has to be one #@$%# who gets his jollies off of killing or causing suffering. Despicable!
