It's more sophisticated than that..what about 4-4-2,4-5-1 or 4-3-3 ?Great overlapping fullbacks?wing wizardry? etc..it's the beautiful game,working class ballet.Or the triumph of good over evil,as Manchester City,beat Manchester United ?

This is SO funny! I've bookmarked the site for posterity. I love this sport! A friend of mine has a grandson who is a footballer in Germany (for Leverkusen). You will notice the "German Plan" is the most effective and far superior to the others. (She says with pride.) The French may take exception to their "Plan", however. After all, they did win the World Cup in 98 and came in second at the last World Cup.
