Considering the governments and military and private industry (who, I suspect are tied to military equipment, etc.), I think something needs to be done. As to what is done, I'll leave that to the experts.

Now this is something to be very cautious about. Let it be understood that the gov would give it's eye teeth to monitor personal computers. This my friends I believe to be a smoke screen for more to come.
The bill would need very careful examination to make sure what it is exactly they are proposing! They just have that habit of sneaking in all sorts of stuff that Congress never reads!
