We are still arguing about health care, we have a relatively low number of Internet users - when compared with other "advanced" countries, and still have no solid plans for a open Internet. The world is moving forward and America is stuck looking over her shoulder.

Shouldn't they be more concerned with a happy healthy, war free country were all citizens are well fed and housed before enabling this world wide connection they already have?
Seems to me the governments both here and there have too much interest in how we hook up unless of course they want to set it up so you can be cut off for some reason other than not paying your bill.

I would question the veracity of making this happen for a portion of their people. Kit, great article, so was the report on health reform on the same page.
