ID restriction imposes an unconstitutional burden on the right to vote, writing that the law "tells more than 300,000 Wisconsin voters who do not now have an acceptable form of photo identification that they cannot vote unless they first obtain a photo ID

It's clear that the right is afraid of losing and wants to make sure enough people are prevented from voting in order to insure a victory. So WHO is really perpetrating voter fraud?!!!

Also if you care to fight for truth and justice here is a petition that needs to be signed: http://act.credoaction.com/campaign/npr_pbs_pp/?r_by=43616-2206247-ZVGs9qx&rc=paste1

I told you before, those people on the extreme right are anti-American! They would like nothing less than to strip away all the rights Americans have!

I am grateful that a 2nd Judge concluded as did the first. I currently live in Florida where our alien governor Rick Scott is flaunting his desire to limit voting in a state that already has a bad stain for its election results in 2000. Scott has been called upon by the DOJ to cease and desist and Scott is challenging that requirement and pushing forward his agenda.

WHen did Wisconson become a part of the south ? That being said...how many judges should it have taken to strike down this rediculous law. One who is actually knowledgable in law should be enough.Guess they wanted to see if they could eventually get it to some high level RightWing judge who'd uphold it.

I really don't understand why they don't just get a law pass banning anyone not Republican/Rightcrazywing from voting. It's the only way these nut jobs can win anything other than by committing fraud...using 'rigged voter machines' or relying on the majority of the Supreme Court Judges to appoint their choice etc.
