I recieved a phone call from Michael this
past Wednesday evening.
Quite recently, both his parents were killed
in a very bad automobile accident. Personally,
I cannot even imagine the grief and horror that
Michael must be in.
He and I have been close friends for quite awhile
now, and I can tell you that Michael is a sweet,
kind and compassionate man, and he is very much in
need of the prayers and support of his friends right
now.
Thanks so much, everyone. I believe this is part of
why we're here at Care2, to help our friends at horrible
times like these.

Michael and TIm, I lost my older brother as a result of a drunk driver; he died 2 weeks after the accident, never regained consciousness. We had to take him off life support; it was his wish. Letting go of people we love is never easy. Everything on this plane is temporary.

My heart aches fo ryou, Michaelk; I wish I had a remedy for your pain.

In my family, when we have to say goodbye to one of our own this is for us the song to sing and it's strangely comforting thought it also makes you feel your sadness deeply , somehow it works healing:mourning the deceased and yet accepting death as a fact of life on the earth plane but your Mum and Dad are living on, on the other side of the veil, still with you and your family in spirit though not in the flesh. I just attended a dear friend's memorial service Friday. She was killed in a head-on auto collision, too. There is no sense to the loss. There are no words to help express the grief you are going through. But you are a very strong person, and I know you will continue to be, as the inspiration, wisdom, & joy your parents have left behind is what has made you that person of strength & faith.

They are with God, in a beautifully majestic place now. You will honor them best by living a good life, and drawing inspiration from the time you did have with them.

mY DEAR MICHAEL, I CAN NOT EVEN BEGIN TO TELL YOU HOW VERY SORRY i AM, WE ALL LIVE DIFFERENTLY AND THAN K gOD, THIS HAS NOT HAPPENED TO ME, MY STEP DAD PASSED 11 YEARS AGO, MY REAL DAD DIED OF PANCREATIC CANCER 3 YEARS AGO, I KNOW DEATH, BUT THATS NOT THE SAME AND i'D NEVER PRETEND TO KNOW YOUR SUFFERING...... aND NO i WILL NOT GO INTO HAW YOU ARE BEING TESTED, AS WE'VE ALL BEEN IN THAT KINDA PLACE, but.. I CAN SAY I FEEL FOR YOU AND I WANT YOU TO KNOW I WELCOME A FRIENDSHIP W/ YOU WHEN YOU ARE ABLE. SOMETMES TALKING IS BETTER THEN ANY THNG.. THAT i DO KNOW... SO mICHAEL, STOP... BREATH AND CONTINUE, BUT NEVER EVER FORGET. WE DO NOT HAVE TO , EVER. i AM TRULY SORRY THOUGH.. NO ONE NEEDS THIS . AND FROM ALL iVE SEEN , YOU ARE SOMEONE THAT IS NEEDED TO BE KNOWN. i SURE WISH i HAD THAT IN MY LIFE.. GOD BLESS YOU AND ALL. I am so sorry to hear of Michael's great loss. Thank you, Tim... you are a true friend. And thank you Blue Bunting for the beautiful song. I closed my eyes and just felt Spirit while I listened. You obviously know about the pain Michael has right now. I did not know Michael before I read this and looked at his site, but somehow I seem to know him just a little. My love and prayers go out to you, Michael.

Thank you so much Tim for posting this. As you know I have been aware of this since speaking to you shortly after you received the news. Hadn't responded here yet because though my heart and mind are with him I have been pretty much speechless. Beginning to find my voice, but for much there simply are no words. You are a true friend as is evidenced here yet again by your compassionate plea for support on Michael's behalf. Bless you for giving us this opportunity to love. The following is my most earnest prayer.

My God in Heaven please bless Michael most dearly, surround him, envelop him completely in your most warm embrace of loving care. Make your presence known to him at all hours of the night and day, never to leave his side. Comfort him as no mortal man can possibly do. Send to him every angel you can possibly avail to guide him in such a blinding time of need. Reveal yourself to him. Answer his cries. Give him the light he needs to find his way through this dark time. Let him know his parents are safe with you and not as far away as it may seem. He will see them again. Most of all, let him be easy with himself, to take care, to cry, shout, yell, shake his fist at the sky - at you if need be - whatever it takes for however long it takes, to give him the freedom to grieve, the space, the time, anything and everything and know that you will be there no matter what regardless of anything and so will his friends, always. Let him know his parents are waiting already for the day when they will be reunited with him though they no longer walk the Earth, they are yet with him. Please let him feel their presence in his life - still. Let him play his music and really jam hard. There is NOTHING that has the power which music has to touch and heal the soul. I think he knows this. Music is one of your greatest gifts to us, no secret to me. It alone has saved my sanity many times - when nothing else would or could do. Animals have healing power too. As do children. Nature, especially the mountains close to where he lives have always been special to me. Give Michael every possible gift now. Nothing will make the pain go away but please, please, please somehow make it easier for him to bear. A awful lot of people love this man. Make sure he knows it. My Lord, this I ask of you with all my heart, Amen.

Michael....I am deeply sorry for your loss. Loss of any kind is devastating but sudden loss is the worst.

I wrote this for my mother, 2 years ago, who suddenly died 12 years ago.

It's been 10 long years since you went away.
Sometimes it feels like yesterday
Other times, a life time away.

I don't know why you had to do without saying goodbye.

Gods plan is a mystery this is true,

Dear Michael, my beautiful friend, and online buddy, please accept the most sincerest and deepest condolences from within my heart for the sad loss of your parents in this unjustified tragic accident which took their lives.

Of all people we know in life and people we pass by, it is often that the most important of those are forgotten and reminded just how much we love them. Our parents have taught us to the best of their capabilities in the teachings they had been taught, and by all means shown how much parents do love each sibling (or tried to love) with equality, respectfully.
