Israel’s threats against Iran are in gross violation of the UN Charter which clearly states in Article 2 that “All Members shall refrain in their international relations from the threat or use of force against the territorial integrity or political independence of any state, or in any other manner inconsistent with the Purposes of the United Nations.”

On the morning of 9-11, I remember sitting in front of the TV,
and thinking,
"This changes everything.....absolutely everything."
If the balloon goes up over Tehran, that too, will
change everything again......and I don't like to
think of what the world will be like afterwards.

Prayerfully, they'll be very sorry, if they go that route. This obstinate zionism must end. What Father or Mother tolerates fighting amongst sons? I think that it's time for the US (especially the US!) and Israel to evolve to a higher level of respect for the rest of humanity, or whatever hell befalls them, they will deserve. What frightens me is that the Israeli government is signing a death warrant for not just her own people but many more in that region if there is a strike on Iran...Unless there is ABSOLUTE proof that Iran is threatening to annihilate Israel, I would hope that Israel will NOT take this foolish action.

All my friends got pretty mad at me when I stated that Israel's hands were not clean in the constant clashes that go on in that region. I told them that you don't see that what you get is the news the US wants you to hear as the US government backs Israel. We are told over and over that anything Israel does is justified and anything else is terrorism. Actions are wrong on both sides of the coin but some actions will push it over the brink such as this one under consideration. This must stop now.

Israel has done this before, a preemptive attack against a nuclear plant. On June 7, 1981, that 16 U.S.-made Israeli warplanes bombed and destroyed Iraq's Osirak nuclear research facility,

I believe these plans for an attack are already falling apart, but to be sure....

Humanize the enemy. A few writers at Haretz, JPost, and Ehud Olmert are...Israelis need to know that Iranians and Arabs are people too. The propaganda that "justifies" war by "demonizing the enemy" can be undermined by "humanizing them".

The Israeli people are much like
the American people:
They know their government is a
belligerent, out-of-control war machine,
they do not agree with the policies and means
of their leaders, but they are powerless to stop them:
much as we are here in the US.
Humanizing "the enemy" is a great tactic to undermine
the warmongers. Every war has innocent victims, and we
need to see the Afghanis, Iraqis and Iranians as HUMAN
BEINGS who are essentialy no different than we are.

Good Morning to all of you! Makes me wonder what is in the air - why all of a sudden these news pop up. Till now they were absolutly "no-no" to be talked openly about ...!!!?? HMMMMMmmmm

James Hovland - my grandfather was one of the founding members of Esperanto (a comprised multi language made up for the purpose of comunication between people). The concept was simple: when mothers can talk with each other they will realize they all have sons. Guess what - even though the US wanted him badly to be enstated as secretary general after WW2 in Germany - his peace affiliations and his dreams of how to achieve this goal world wide through humanification made him quickly a "undesirable".....!!! Maybe the world (western power or G8) do not want this to happen?

and I take no offense at all, my friend.
But, I see us as an ant colony trying to
carve down Mt.Everest.
The Power Structure, and The Powers That Be,

I assure you..., the dark alliance of whomever may be involved..., will fall, and humanity will rise, but only the ones with Faith, Hope, and Love strong in Soul and Heart will be in the risen. The others will be consumed in the darkness of their own manifestation. The possibilities are multiple in this chaotic world of negative vibrations.
