(At least) about 50% of children born globally, these days, are (admittedly) unwanted (and that's un-wanted as distinct from (only) un-planned)

Currently, for every one (1) human that dies, more than two (~2.4) are forced into an Insanely Overpopulated World (Gore Verbinsky), where they will " have no [expectation of a decent] future. They have no future! Have you pictured what this planet is going to be like in 40-50 years? It's going to be a big smoking ball of shit! " ( George Carlin (1937 - 2008) )

" Globally, 222 million women in developing countries would like to delay or stop childbearing but are not using any method of contraception. " which clearly shows how deep in the Dark Ages humankind still is.

" Of course, if *we* don't stop population growth, Nature will. And it'll be the four horsemen of the Apocalypse ... " -- Prof. A.A.Bartlett in Blind Spot (2008)

Overpopulation is killing this planet---it will be our demise.

If we don't start curbing our numbers in a humane fashion, i.e. through education and contraception, it will be done for us, as Frack (Bartlett) so eloquently put it above.
