More than 60 years after it was pushed to the edge of extinction, one of North America's rarest birds, the whooping crane, faces new danger from environmentally-friendly wind farms, conservationists warned.

Unfortunately, too much of the solutions to global warming are a double-edged sword. You're going to have those in a hurry to cash in on the 'new craze' and cut down the forests in order to plant renewable fuse resources, i.e., soy, corn, etc., only to find that the soil is worthless in too few planting cycles. Then things are going to go up without immediate regard to those who stand most endangered.

So NOTED!
