Responding to a growing trend towards green within the hospitality industry, AAA will begin expanding the ratings and features glossary in its 2010 TourBooks, and will point out which lodging options for its 51 million members are certified green.

OMG AAA is faking it by greenwashing their scummy image! No amount of PR tricks will ever scrub clean this dirty bunch....

I'd sooner trust Homer Simpson to handle nuke rods than place my trust in the AAA which has consistently demostrated its laothing for all things eco....

As long as someone other than AAA is doing the certification (which appears to be the case), this is okay with me! If I'm staying at a hotel, I'll always go for one that incorporates green practices as part of their business model! Nice to have that choice made easier.
