We have a problem of elephants at Otjomukandi village. The giant animals are emptying our water tanks and destroying the facilities at our water points almost every day. This is very worrisome," said Tinda.

I can see where this would be a problem but what are they supposed to do for water?

I know of a solution - place sufficient water for the elephants at a point outside the village, then, and only THEN put hives of bees beside the water for the villagers - elephants hate bees (but as they must have their water and the world is watching the village please make sure they have water in a separate place).
