How can an 8-yr-old child be charged with anything ? What is the matter with law enforcement ? Children need to be educated, not 'charged,' imprisoned, etc !

erm... isn't the 14 year old the one who has hit puberty? surely one is more likely to conclude that she molested the child? the kid probably didn't even understand the sexual meaning of what he was doing. weird.

Let me get this straight. A mother goes to the authorities to complain about a 14 year old girl who has coerced her 8 year old child into touching her breasts, and the CHILD is the one that gets charged? Has this world just gone completely psychotic?
