Hemp seeds are also an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acid that also benefit in ridding the body of cholesterol

I just purchased a quart of hemp seed milk from my health food store. I'd say it is not as tasty as soy milk, but it broadens my sources of protein since I am vegetarian

I take a cod and flax seed oil pill daily. Both have essential omega-3 fatty acids. In fact, my biggest intake of meat is the cod liver oil pill (i eat meat sparingly).

It is unfortunate we cannot grow hemp. It doesn't help that some people in the 60's and 70's popularized drugs and now we are all living with the problems associated with it. I would like to grow my own hemp, the day those responsible for destroying lives grow up and take care of the mess they've made.

It is great news about Alzheimer's. It is soon becoming the greatest health problem in the world. Other diseases you lose your life. Senile you lose your mind. I remember back in the 50's hearing about cod liver oil. I never imagined one day I would be taking it myself.
