6 years ago, the Sostheim family saw a piece of land, roughly 400 acres, that sat on the bank of Lake Arenal near El Castillo, and thought they could make some terrific things happen.

Wouldn't it be cool to see our government do something like this for the areas that have been damaged so much by our terrible decisions in the past.
