just in case you pick up a form of flu - a list of natural remedies. avoid vaccination at all costs:

anti-virals:

colloidal silver, garlic, olive leaf extract, oil of wild mountain oregano, iodine, grapefruit seed extract

essential oils for steam inhalers or diffusers:

ravensare - 3 parts, naiouli or eucalyptus - 1 part, lemon - 1 part, rosewood - 1 part, lavender - 1 part

also: vitamin c, vitamin d3, alkaline diet, no sugar, refined foods etc.

This will purify the poisons from your bodys blood stream.

Water the organic foods that grow in the ground. With a little of Hygrogen Proxide this helps the crops and plants to mantain a good balance in the soil. Cleaning up the ground of any unwanted bacteria and flying insects.

Flood the system with ascorbic acid aka vitamin c.,liquid diet for ten days-flushes all the toxins.Resume with healthy source of vitamin enriched foods -avacados,blue berries,papayas,sweet potatoes,mangoes,pears for the nervous system.Lots of rest.Have a BLessed day.
