True justice must prevail through fair due-process of law or else there is no justice and there is no law ----

FOR ANYONE!!!

I applaude the Twenty-seven former judges, justices and prosecutors who are urging the case of Troy Davis to be heard. I also want to wish Troy Davis the best of luck. My hat is off to the supporters seeking justice for Troy.

i think he could garner even more support if someone interviewed him on his actions that day. average, law-abiding citizens don't take off and go about their business after witnessing a murder. public opinion, unfortunately, makes a difference sometimes. i support his right to have all the evidence scrutinized, whether or not he's guilty. but it would help if he appeared entirely innocent.

If 27 former judges and prosecutors have signed this petition to the US Supreme court then this is an indication that there has been a massive injustice done to this man.It is also plain that by retracting their evidence given during his original trial the witnesses are complicit in this mans sentence. What were they thinking of at the time? they must have known that a sentence of guilty would resut in Troy's execution. In the interest's of justice this man must be returned to court and allowed to present his case in a new trial and hopefuly acquited.

The right wing ,conservative judges made a horrible decision. Denying the opportunity to clear your name is unAmerican.

Thanks Robert. While I am opposed to the death penalty in general I feelit would be an especially grave mistake to execute Troy Davis because there is so much doubt about his guilt. If there is even one irreversible mistake made in a death penalty case it is too many.
