Welcome back Robert and thanks for the news. I was unaware this was happening in the US. To the best of my knowledge, this cannot happen in Canada. It is one thing we have to be grateful for. Beyond the 3 month probationary period, there must be just cause for terminating someone's employment. The cause must be demonstrated by producing a file showing when an employee was disciplined, what they were disciplined for and the measures taken to resolve the infraction. There can be financial consequences to the employer based on how long the employee has been working for the employer. And then there are unions.......

We know jobs were outsourced to India and China after they went to Korea and Japan and Mexico!
This in an economy of consumption that has used up energy and natural resources.
You want us to sign a plea for preservation of a status quo that doesn't exist and is unsustainable ?
