Many expert analysts predict this nuclear issue will weigh-in heavily upon the last struggle for world oil domination, as it begins to take hold between 2013-2016 and escalates into 2040 !!!

Basic EMP E-Bomb Design :

An EMP weapon is easy to make, and the actual design can be located with 4 clicks of a mouse!

All you would need is an industrial generator, the basic design of an automobile alternator, then modify the rotating end spindle shaft with a case-hardened metallic scoop-fan assembly (like on a child's pin-wheel toy design or propeller blade design).

Decide whether it will detonate above ground or upon impact or just by detonation.

Next, take a bomb casing and assemble a TNT packing in front of the spin-propeller blades.

You are ready and that's it!!!

> When the TNT explodes, the blast-wave spins the generator spindle for a millisecond of pure EMF/EMP wave.

This neutralizes all electricity.

'THE DAY THE EARTH STANDS STILL'

It's lights out for everyone around the detonation area.

*Note: Of course many world experts are working around the clock and most have already perfected their designs for above ground ignition, thus creating a more intense EMF/EMP wave.)

Homeland Security!!!!! Why on earth would you promote there warmongering Facism???
I don't support the constant scare stories re Iran the big baddie..these are coming from those who thirst for blood and yet another BIG WAR, there is a certain state sitting next door that is armed to the teeth with NUCLEAR WEAPONS, provided by the USA, has already used Depleted Uranium and White Phos on innocents and you are pointing the finger at Iran??...Looking in the wrong place for the aggressors....WAR BEGETS WAR, We want PEACE.

However, if "I" could build this weapon, then someone with a dominating ideology (whomever/anyone) will most likely use this weapon at some point in the near future ---

Whenever the United States developes a weapon - for some unknown ungodly reason -- it eventually uses it within a decisive conflict attack, and this perpetuates an arms race for that weapon type -- that ends up with everyone living in fear!!!

This time it might be the other-way-around!?

I was reading today that Iran is going to be talking about its possible nuclear capability. Until the US and all the others, Israel and the UK, Pakistan and India etc etc, give up their nuclear weapons, I see no reason why other countries shouldn't develp them too. Let's have everyone give them up. It's hypocritical to deny others when you could blow the world to bits yourself. And which is the only country ever to have used them so far against innocent people?

Please visit site on this for the entire story...

This is quite disturbing...well, just when you think things can't get worse and then you get shoved up the backside and thrown against the wall and here it COMES.

Don't know what to actually say on this one Sir. Robert!!!

Really upset me reading a lot of things that were in this article, and btw, thanks for this...but, came upon the paragraph President Obama has committed the U.S. Governmant to a diplomatic Approach...(What???? Huh???? well "shiver me timbers", does he actually think that will work, whatever is he thinking) It kinda sounds like kissing someone's backside to me, then that same paragraph goes on to say Congress is "Working" on giving Obama the power for crippling sancions fo the talk-first approach doesn't work...sorry, but, here it comes again -- WHAT???? HUH?????

OBAMA IS NO JFK!!! That was the only thing that came to my mind...back in I believe 1962 I remember when Cuba and Russia were in it together and we, the United States was looking at a Missle crises, the Black & White television (that was all we had for all of you younger people out there) was telling everyone living here in San Diego what to do in case of emergency, quite scary then listening to what was going on. Waiting while President Kennedy was taking care of business, NOW in my HUMBLE OPINION, IF WE HAD PRESIDENT JOHN F. KENNEDY, I WOULD NOT MIND THE TALK APPROACH CAUSE I KNOW HE HAD THE MEANS AND APPROACH TO TAKE CARE OF IT, BUT OBAMA USING THIS, DON'T THINK THAT WILL DO A TINY BIT OF GOOD...

I had to print this article out so I could take it to read later after I got through with the shock of seeing this, and then the shock of the "UM LETS GO HAVE A NICE LITTLE CHAT, MAYBE OVER SOME TEA AND COOKIES" ...

Can't really say what I want or Care2 will have no space left at their site on this one.

Please keep us posted on this...And, Sir Robert will you look up the link for all of the younger generation that might not remember the Cuba Crisis and stick that link on - I really think that one is a good example.

Also, if one country is going to have all of these weapons, sure why not, let us all make em, blow up the world, frankly it is got to POT already and everything has sunk into the septic tank.

Im my opinion, NO COUNTRY SHOULD HAVE THESE WEAPONS PERIOD.

THE FACT THAT THEY DO, IS A MAJOR DISASTER JUST WAITING TO HAPPEN, THEY ALSO, (NOW THAT THEY HAVE THEM, HAVE NO PLACE TO PUT THEM SHOULD THEY WANT TO GET RID OF THEM...JUST MORE JUNK TO ABSORBE INTO THE SYSTEM.

Sorry, got into the Caps, and wasn't not doing that cause I was mad just got started that way.

Personally, I think if we all went back to the Ole days like single shot rifles, cannons (Civil War) we would all be better off...

They should of save all of that $$$$ for all of the problems that we are now facing!!!

I am sure that the UK has signed the non-proliferation treaty but is determined to renew Trident. What message does that give to countries who could quite justifiably feel threatened by the UK? This is a country who is already using every sort of non-nuclear weapon against two countries who have posed no threat whatsoever to its security. Not to be trusted by anyone, I would say. And why should then other countries not have a 'nuclear defence'? What makes it ok for one and not another? Those who have them, should give them up and then no one would need them. That makes sense to me. I would abolish the whole war industry nuclear and non-nuclear - the arms industry is at present fanning who knows how many wars throughout the world - with massive profits to them. In 1997 the UK government promised an ethical defense policy - it lasted about two weeks. They did not have the courage to stand up to the arms industry and continued to send arms to countries like Burma. Blue, yes, Israel has nuclear weapons and no wonder then that Iran does not feel safe. And not too long ago the US aided Iraq in its war against Iran. The amount of humbug is just surreal.

In the first place, this is not really a news article. There is nothing new here about Iran's potential to build nuclear weapons. This is a cleverly written scaremongering piece designed to soften up public opinion for a possible Israeli/U.S. strike against Iran, a war that would be launched in the name of "peace and security". There is no evidence that Iran is trying build nuclear weapons, but Israel may bomb them simply for developing a nuclear energy program. A recent report submitted to the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence by Director of National Intelligence Dennis Blair estimated that Iran would not even have the capability to produce enough highly enriched uranium necessary for a nuclear weapon until at least 2013. Source:

IRAN: Nuclear Capability After 2013, Says U.S. Intelligence
http://ipsnews.net/news.asp?idnews=48005

Some people think we are suppose to be just fine with Israel being nuked up to the teeth, even though they have been as aggressive as any other nation in the Middle East and have in fact already launched a vicious attack against the United States: their treacherous attack on the USS Liberty and attempt to murder her entire American crew. See the Care2 news article for sources:

Survivors of Israel's Attack on USS Liberty Tell Their Stories
http://www.care2.com/news/member/853373825/1229268

Israel has of course tried to keep its nuclear weapons program has secretive as possible, and refused to sign the nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Doesn't that make you feel safe?

Well if that's your opinion I suggest that instead of worrying about Iran -a country that the IAEA has repeatedly stated that there is no evidence of diversion of nuclear materials from their civilian nuclear program and has signed the NPT- you should perhaps worry about racist, RW , expansionist regimes that have a history of frequently obliterating their neighbours and murdering their civilians-

Frank; You're correct in saying this isn't a news article, and if you follow the above link you'll see a detailed exposure of Israels nuke capabilities. (please don't tell anyone tho, it's meant to be a secret) ;-)

Ha! The USA is the empire, the state that is interfering in the rest of the world! The USA supported the Shah's dictatorship in Iran! And now the superpower USA, armd to the hilt with nuclear weapons, is being a total hypocrit by trying to stop Iran from developing nuclear weapons!

Only hypocrits support the U.S. stance!

The USA has been trying to reimpose its military/political/economic domination of Iran, and now it complains that Iran might develop nuclear weapons to deter a U.S. invasion, like the U.S. invasions in Panama, Granada, Haiti, Afghanistan and Iraq???

Even the head of the International Atomic Energy Commission admits that the accusations against Iran are hype!

Imperialist people from the USA, etc., thinking they are crusaders - they are the dangerous ones! We supporters of Third World independence and anti-imperialism want PEACE. It is time for you U.S. people to get rid of your OWN nuclear weapons, and get your militaries out of our countries!!!

ISRAEL, USA,
how many kids did you kill today???

I am reporting this article to show exactly what is being perceived and portrayed by the U.S. Government currently, and this sounds like 'business as usual' warfare.

Rhetoric does not frighten me, but my comment #2 & #4 does truly scare me!!!

> EMP E-Bomb: A third class generation of nuclear weapon technology, that is absolutely non-nuclear in nature itself, and is easy to build by anyone.

> All you need is an industrial generator/alternator design, slight spindle modification, dynamite (TNT), and for maximum electromagnetic wave strength to neutralize all electricity within a city (or if done properly -- an entire country) is modern readily available missile technology for higher level delivery impact.

Recent events that have gone silent are the Russian bomber wings gaining access to Venezuelan landing runways and Russian connections to Iran and their multi-billion dollar nuclear power plant investments inside of Iran.

There may be some sort of 'protectionism' intent going on here under the table, and being played out upon the worldwide chessboard!?

History has a nasty way of repeating itself, and the above events smell exactly like a 'growing' possible repeat of the 1962 JFK Cuban Missile Crisis, that has been officially recorded at the JFK Library Historic Center.

*(Note: The highlighted link may not be read and posted correctly by the Care2 format, so here is the non-highlighted link) :

http://www.jfklibrary.org/Historical Resources/JFK in History/Cuban Missile Crisis.htm

Once again, this article demonstates that EMP weapons designs are real, and that the current government's (plural & possessive intended) suspicious nature, mistrust, arrogance, and the lack of proper planning without resolution is still in full operation --- leading us toward another escalation using a new style of weaponry --- 'not' that the old style of Nuclear, Biological, or Chemical weapons have been sufficiently removed as yet!

Ohhh this takes time and effort, and I sincerely hope we have the time and make the effort to RAPIDLY remove these threats!!!

---But there is always some little tyrant oppressing a people, that has such big plans and usually becomes a paranoid-delusional, thus escalating the already unjust situation up into a major conflict.

I am only reporting --- 'not' condoning these actions made by the mindless idiots in power.

So what?
This is just a scare tactic to lay another brick on the foundation of the fascist state Bush Co, worked so hard to create.
I'm old enough to remember MAD, which means that any nation that attacks the US or its allies with nuclear weapons will be subject to the full force of its nuclear arsenal - in short, global annihilation. Every country on earth knows this, which is why the nuclear straw man that was trotted out for Iraq is (should be) so easy to see through, and why this story is almost laughable in it's obvious fear mongering.
REmember the peace dividend? It scared the crap out of the military congressional complex, which is why in part 9/11 happened; to ensure endless war.

Israel/US/Britain... are trying to push Iran into a corner... just as they did with Afghanistan when they wouldn't give up control of the pipeline... it is MADness... the biggest terrorists are the ones that own the theater... they control the actors... we need a paradigm shift to a matriarchal society, along with Lester Brown's Plan B 3.0...
