Homegrown terror, so lightly dismissed by so many for so long, is now sprouting perilously from American soil. America must be prepared to face this increasing new threat-challenge.

Americans must take a proactive (keyword: 'active') approach to this growing situation now!

Help to establish firm, but fair legislation and policies to handle this new threat-challenge --- Now!!

If you ignore this now, then perhaps it will be coming to a town, city, or burrough near you --- Soon.

SEEK TO TAKE ACTION NOW AS LEGISLATION PRESENTS ITSELF --- GET INVOLVED!

The ostrich that buries its head in the sand can get its tail-feathers blown off

---- Get The Picture!?!?

I have no doubt that there a sleeper cells here in the US, awaiting a signal to act. I don't think the Patriot Act was effective in finding them all. We have good cause for alarm.

Perhaps it is time for the U.S.A. to declare war, or a pre-emptive strike, on itself as it so happily did to Iraq, the land of no weapons of mass destruction or terrorists? Then again I guess not, as America has the greatest number of WMD's on the planet and currently ranks at number one of the world's terrorists?

The enemy is from within. It is those who sit by and pretend it doesn't exist, and do nothing ( which supports these terrorists). It starts from the likes of Fox View, Rush, Glenn and other right wingers who instigate the lose screws in our nation into action. Wake up! Stand up! Shout out! Vote out! Anyone who does not condem these people and their actions agrees with them. By their silence and inaction, they approve and agree with the negitive things in our society. I hope we all take a stand, and keep our country free. JUST DO IT.

This is not to say their our terrorists groups from the outside here too. But to me, the biggest worry are those who are hidden next door, or down the street.

Ah, and I did not see the story mentioning the guy from Italy TX who though he was blowing up a huge skyscraper in Dallas TX last week. They had been watching him for a very long time, and knew he was trying to put something together. It goes to prove just what I said the night before these guys were caught. Terrorists are everywhere. They could be sitting in your own backyard now days. Here Italy TX is a tiny community, that many in the USA and TX would not even know the name of it, yet this guy was there living and planning to use a car bomb to blow up a Dallas TX building. It matters not to them where it is, they just want to try to prove their point. Whether it is TX, CA, NY FL... you are not safe anywhere. We have been warned about huge events, such as concerts, where there are lots of people. That is just what they are looking for.... some place they can make a huge impact on. It makes some of us think twice about going to an event at a huge arena, even a football game at the new stadium in Dallas... for the most part, I know it has to cross our minds as we go through our daily lives, that there is a possibility these deranged people could be planning to harm us no matter where we are.

Instead of spying on Americans and selling us out for campaign dollars ( our congress) maybe many people have had enough w/the corruption in this country?Corp's are allowed to pollute our water, our air, rape and trash our country and rob us blind, then the insurance companies are allowed to literally murder us when we have paid for insurance w/their denials and delays in treatment and people are murdered this way for profit..a lot of people are angry and I don't blame them. Much of our $$ could go for protection, education, health care but corp, america wants war $$$ for profit to feed their greed and our equally immoral congress is feeding them our money and then they cut eduation to keep us dumb, they feed us crap to make us sick, the Pharmaceutial companies poison us w/untested medications that people can't afford, and we aren't screaming in the streets yet?? WHY NOT?.

To those who feel there were no WMD's in Iraq - perhaps you should talk to some Troops that were there from day one & ask what they found IF they will tell you...You would be surprised...but I am sure you will still say WMD's didnt exist...

There are so many people from both political sides that want to see this side or that side hurt and your crazy to think its not that way. One side will do something to blame the other - yes it happens in the US.

It blaming FOX and Beck and sometimes Rush (who by the way I dont like) for making bad things happen. That has to be the craziest thing I have ever heard. Maybe coming on this site could set someone off by reading how the left hates the right so much...ever think of that one?

exactly - no kidding people are mad because of the iraq war, be it psycho trips, sugar trips, drug trips, - there is madness because of that invasion. many americans died in that war. in case you suspect someone as being a terrorist just mention that you didn't agree with the iraq war and you'll be ok.

I can not believe there is one person left in our country that still think that Iraq had WMD's at the time of our invasion. Ask the troops? Yea, we should do that. You think that they found out something and that they did not pass it up the chain of command? Because the Pentagon never got the word. How dare you denigrate the integrity of our troops? Within my immediate family, we with over 60 years of military service. including 6 from myself. If WMD's had been found, it may have justified the preemptive strike. It would have made the Commander-in-Chief look good, instead of foolish. Are you accusing the military of withholding critical findings on purpose, to embarrass him?

Ch Hardy (18)
Monday September 28, 2009, 1:01 pm
Gary - I will never put down our Troops and yes what was found was reported. My hubby was there...are you calling him a liar? He was in Country from day one...he knows what he saw. Gary, reminents of WMD's were found and your follish to think otherwise. Were you there? You say you served 6 years - was any of them in Iraq? Even during the Gulf War I had a friend who served and I have his letters that state he was watching the Iraq troops making WMDs and the US troops couldnt do anything about it b/c they posted no threat to them at that time...so say again, were you there?

And how have I "denigrate the integrity" of our troops by saying what I have?

Also why do you take such offense - my family has a very strong Military background as well and I live with a Solider.

Gary M, make it two. It was covered with pictures included. It was the leftover gas and other biochemical weapons that we gave Iraq during the Iraq Iranian war. As you may know, Saddam used it in his own country to kill quite a few Kurds. WMD's include biochemical weapons. No nukes found.

Second, after we have been there several years, I seem to recall that we found most of their airforce fighters under the sand. Lots of sand in Iraq, wonder if we've looked under all of it? Ch Hardy's husband probably knows more about that issue than I ever want to know. If you served in Iraq, you may know more about this issue than me, too. You can google for a list of what was found.

Ch Hardy, thank you and thank your husband for his service. Gary M, thank you for your service as well.

"Found" were deteriorating, EMPTY, canisters used for the chemical weapons. Military experts concurred at the time, that these were the WMDs we had known about, had asked Iraq to give up, and as requested, they had. The deadly chemicals had been destroyed, made inert or whatever. To repeat: We had asked them to give up their chemical weapons and they did. Did we then use EMPTY chemical weapons containers to justify an invasion? I hope not.

No, I was never in Iraq. My time in the service was much earlier, in a different war. I am not calling your husband a liar. The person who wrote to you, and said he saw the Iraqis making WMDs, AT THE TIME OF THE FIRST WAR, I will call a liar. They would have posed an extreme and immediate threat to our troops, and within 15 minutes after being seen and reported, would have been attacked and destroyed. And that would have been widely known.

I object to anyone saying, "You do not know because you were not there."
I object to anyone saying that "Iraq had WMDs at the time of our invasion."

3 times you asked me if I was there. I responded. Please note, that you were not there, either.

Gary - I object to you calling a friend of over 20 years who served in the US Marine Corps a liar in what he wrote to me. When he was there in 1990 - he saw what he saw and I believe him. If you choose not to, I dont blame you, you dont know him, but to out right call him a liar, well that was wrong, but hey if it makes you feel better.

It is so sad that people hate us so much.We as americans try hard to be friends to every one in the world. We tragedy hit any where in the world we are quick to jumpin to help other, and this is how we are appreciated. If any one don't like american then they have the right to go some where else to live.why do they want to kill people they don't even know.I really don't get it.

To Mrs. Hardy: I do not know why he wrote what he wrote to you. Maybe he was trying to impress you. Maybe you misunderstood. Maybe he misunderstood what he saw. Or maybe you made the whole thing up, and quote your friend, as if you were quoting the Gospels, to advance a political agenda. If that's the case, shame on you.

There is no other branch of the military I respect more than the Marine Corps. (And no, that was not the branch I served in.)

TY Mr. Puckett, for your kind comment. And Mrs. Hardy, I too, would like to thank your husband for his service.

Gary I will tell you this much - it was not a made up story by me or him...please stop saying it was, it would be appreciated. I have no political agenda, I am neither left or right.

Mr. Puckett and Gary - I will pass on the thanks to hubby. Thank you for your service to our Great Country where we can come together and chat without harm.

I do believe that America is its own worst enemy. When the Govt knows that the ISlamic world is up in arms and waiting and watching for an oppertune time to strike, should they not be wary about who they let into the country? Of course the ground was set decades ago. 9/11 was not thought out overnight. Better that unhappy, dissidents be sent back to the deserts they sprang from.

Hello,...ERarth to Islamophobes....

9/11 had enough ties to Israeli intelligence to make a spider envious.

For instance, Israeli companies controlled airport security at the airports involved, Larry Silverstein is a close friend of Netanyahu and they were on the phone every Sunday for the whole year before 9/11.

Now, Israel is pushing the US to attack Iran.
The Worms in the Apple

Who's really behind that "bipartisan" call to attack Iran?

While valid to a point I am constantly disgusted by the fact that terrorist is never applied the militant jihadi of the Christian Taliban of America, when they bomb wonens reproductive health clinics or murder doctors who are performing completely legal reproductive health procedures for women who have every right to the procedures. The jihadi of the Christian Taliban are exactly like the Islamic Taliban's in their use of violence, terror tactics and intimidation. But they are never treated the same, they are not even treated the same as Timothy McVeigh and the other political militia terrorists, no the Christian Taliban terrorist is always a 'lone wolf', soon to be hero and role model just like the Lybian bomber sent home from Scotland. I am constantly sickened by just how much America is beconing like the worst of those we oppose, more and more the Republican politics of lies, fear and division, more and more the Christian Taliban uses the cover 'freedom of religion' to illegally politick and deny or revoke the rights of non-believers or those who do not fit their pick and choose 'christian' demagogeury in furtherance of their agenda to place their Christian Shari as the basis for the US Constitution and US law. An act of terrorism is an act of terrorism and they should all be met with the exact same investigation, and yes I mean use the Patriot Act and its Security letters, sneak and peek,etc... on the violent jihadi of the Christian Taliban just like it is used on any one who even remotely resembles an Islamic Taliban jihadi, and well if you get the wrong one you can always after 6-8 years of detention without trial admit it and then detaine them indefinately because of something they might do in the future,,some thing about egual protection and prosecution under the law with no one above the law!

The Secret Service just called to thank me .... for my screen grab of the poll asking whether President Obama should be killed, and said without it, they wouldn't have been able to address the matter.Go here to read the original post.... they rely on people like us to help them out. Sounds awfully grassrootsy, doesn't it? Almost community service-like. Imagine that.

Last year a friend of mine took part of the green card lottery. He is from Europe and did not get a green card.
Later he had a look on Internet to see from which countries the most people with a green card come from. And to his surprise he saw that there were many Muslims with a green card. So, first America collects Muslims, and then they alert Homegrown Terrorism?

Thanks Sir Robert!!!

After reading this article, I personally am not one bit surprised! I am convinced that we have cells here all over San Diego. The fact that Miramar is flying jets like crazy lately makes me know something is up!! We are not getting the entire news from the President on what is going on FOR SURE!!!

Also, I got some news from a group I belong to, World Disaster Group, they have sent me an E-Mail that these guys have figured out ways to get on the planes without being noticed at all, even with the so called security etc. that we have going on.

Anyone who doesn't believe that the United States is still under attack and the people are living right here in America have a ton of screws loose, and YEP, Sir Robert The Fifth Knight, they are hiding their heads in the sand. Really hard to see what is coming at you with your kister up in the air instead of your eyeballs and ears.

Think we need to be more aware personally, and don't like the fact that a person has to hear about this going on second hand. We need reports from the Presdient and our leaders, they must really think all Americans are total idiots running around like Chicken's with their heads cut off, because that would be the only reason I can think we are kept in the dark....until BOOM!!!

Keep this news coming please, love your news, sorry I got to this so late!
