Manual 10-206 contains the U.S. Nuclear Force's operational procedure guidelines, and code identifier listings for the USAF Strategic Air Defense Command.

OK Robert, these kinds of forms give me a raging headache, esp. when having to refer back to notes for every point. I used to work for the State, so I know how confusing "official" forms can be. HOWEVER, while scrolling down Table 3.1, I did catch the word DRUGS. I had to laugh and assume that if a.,b. or c. were the case, that BEELINE would most likely be a party to the situation and therefore NOT report the issue. Anyway, these activities seem pretty extreme for those who control our nukes. I just hope they are into the peace drugs.

Richelle R.; Yes, if a, b, and c are all happening at the same time, then U.S. Air Force personnel are to make a BEELINE for the drugs, party, and not report anything!!! (???)

Richelle R.; P.S.: Then and only then, shall they rest in 'peace'! (See: Nukes & Mushrooms Chapter).

Seriously though: The highest classification within the Nuclear Forces manual is:

*PINNACLE NUCFLASH OPREP-3pnf = Imminent nuclear threat of disaster upon the United States, it's worldwide interests, or upon American allies such as NATO!

USAF SAC was replaced with a new group/organization some time ago so this information may have been declassified although I'm sure the procedures havent changed and I dont think this info. needs to be out there. Someone will make use of it and it wont be in a good way..
