Many investors are losing sleep due to dreaded anticipation, awaiting further indicators on which way these markets are running, and how will this affect retirement long-term.

More than this: The Global Economy is trying to regain economic balance, just like a spinning top that winds-down begins to wobble, the bailouts and interest rate cuts become the global (top) accelerator. Once back up to speed, the spinning top regains it's balance.
