Robert, it is my understanding Barack O. has teams of attornies already at work to undo Bush's regime "Rules". One of Obama's main concerns is Alternative Energy sources! Be Postitive, Please! Give him a chance! He has HUGE tasks to deal with! And Ralph--Prayer is a Very Postive Force!!!

yes, there are tulips blooming right now in SEattle, just planted in Sept. They arent supposed to bloom until next spring. There are daffodils blooming in Oregon, when they didnt used to bloom until spring. Polar ice caps are melting, changing and shrinking. Even Palin admitted to seeing this first hand in Alaska!

When the polar ice caps liquify, besides losing all our reserve planetary drinking water, there will be an angular momentum shift in Earth's rotational velocity, which will alter global weather patterns even more!!!

Think about the worldwide redistribution of ocean water, and how it will affect Earth's spin-speed!!!
