U.S. troops are planned to be totally pulled out of Iraq, by the end of 2011 (?).

HOW MANY OF THESE TROOPS WILL BE RECYCLED AND REDEPLOYED FROM IRAQ DUTY - AFTER THEIR 5TH OR 6TH COMBAT TOUR???
