Bookmarked as well, turmeric is an excellent anti-inflammatory too (one of the functions of ibuprofen)

I read that a combination of white willow bark and cucurmin would help with arthritis pan. Unfortunately, I wasted my money! The products in this list may help with mild pain, but more serious pain needs something stronger. Even ibuprofen doesn't quite cut it at times, eg, after surgery. So take what pain relief you need to, for as short a time as possible.

That's great if you can find natural methods of pain relief. Sometimes I do require Nsaids., unfortunately.
