Is there anything at all that citizens can do when The New World Order decides to take over their lives? Censor their communications? Secretly arrest and kill the weakest member of their family and deny the family any accountability?

Having realized that the story about the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal, a mentally ill heart patient, was deliberately omitted from mainstream news, we took the information about this injustice to citizens media.

First we launched our website: http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com. Next, this writer authored many Internet articles about the Neal family's justice quest, which has now been going on for five years.

Not only is the wrongful death of Larry Neal blacklisted by mainstream media, but articles this writer wrote to cry out to the world for help and protection are being removed from the Internet. They are being "parked" with a service called DNS Park. Because this writer has Internet monitors who watch every alphabet she types, they may remove articles from "parked" status as I identify them, but this one was parked. The Neal family is the only American family in the 21st Century to have a member secretly arrested and returned to his family a corpse without any excuse, explanation, full autopsy report, arrest records, and denied any investigation - at least we hope this is not a common occurence. And apparently, folks intend to keep it that way. Larry's wrongful death in Shelby County Jail, a facility that was already under overview by the United States Justice Department, was followed by an elaborate fraud by The (Johnnie) Cochran Firm, pretending to be the family's attorneys, but actually working for the jail where Larry died/was murdered/was euthanized/ (we don't know which - never having been told).

This writer's article wherein she announced the family's plans for a demonstration protesting our denial for justice has been deleted from the Internet and the World Wide Web link to that article now goes to another of her articles.

This writer has been followed from work at night regularly, and nothing is done about the fact that The Cochran Firm's attorney, Angela Mason, reported to United States District Court the color of the vehicle when this should only be something that the people who did the harassment knows.

This writer was waylaid in her neighborhood businesses for months before she assigned herself to her home, after 911 emergency did not come in response to her cry for help (DeKalb County Police reported to Mary Neal a month after the event that police came an hour later after she contacted Congressman Johnson and he contacted Chief Bolton).

It seemed to this writer that someone had said to someone, "Do what you want with Mary Neal." Well hear this:

I am no slave. I have a copy of the Emancipation Proclamation to prove it. I have equal rights, even if those rights are not protected in America. I have a right to expect equal protection in this country, whether or not it is rendered. I have free speech, whether or not it is honored. I will not sit silently by while my rights are ignored and I am set up for some violence.

I cannot imagine why anyone would think they could be effective deleting an author's articles to contain the message of a family's denial of justice unless they planned to also silence the writer and family members who dare to ask:

This writer shares her videos for posting widely to help resolve the Secret Incarceration and Wrongful Death of a Mentally Ill Citizen.

We started advocating for other mentally ill citizens who are warehoused in PRISONS rather than treated in HOSPITALS, and did not know at the time that we challenged the investment income of PRISON PROFITEERS who have pushed America's annual prison budget to $185 BILLION, partly from the immoral practice of withholding psychiatric treatment from mental patients to arrest them later when they break laws (like the schizophrenic man who killed two young boys Christmas week in Phoenix).

She believes the fact that civil rights groups and organizations have ignored Larry’s family for five years while they begged for help should serve as a wake-up call for Americans. Perhaps those civil liberties groups have already surrendered to the end of individual rights in America, even the right to life.

hello Mary I no how you feel for the last 8 years I have tried to help my son I go round and round I get so sad I think I cant go on then I look at my sweet boys pic and have a cry then I get back up and start again,I cant quit and let my boy die in prison so just keep going I pray someone comes along who can help us both and stop this nightmare my prayers are with you JoAnn...

You are far from alone in this Mary.

It starts simple enough as an issue of $ and setting priorities, and then the narcissistic apathy of lazy citizens.... and then when someone does finally speak out- the powers that be become defensive and see the 'speaker' as the enemy.

We all have to speak out, it is the only way to shake the apathy of the uninformed. When enough of us speak out, the 'powers that be' will have to back down.

Thank all of you for noting this injustice. Faith suggested that folks would try to label me a "nutcase" for exposing the censorship I face. The truth in my case is self-evident.

1) a mentally ill heart patient is secretly arrested in mid-July 2003

2) police ignore the missing person report and do nothing to look for him (this is unusual)

3) police report 18 days later that they had him all the time his family and social worker searched for him, but he is dead now

4) police REFUSE to give any records or any explanation, although Shelby County Jail was already being supervised (supposedly) by the USDOJ for doing other violations to prisoners

5) The Johnnie Cochran Firm contracted with my elderly mom to represent her in a wrongful death action against the jail, and against the State of TN, and Larry's final care home for negligence

6) The managing partner of The Cochran Firm turns out to be WORKING IN A SUPERVISORY ROLE OVER THE JAIL, so the law firm merely holds our case and does nothing

7) When we brought suit against The Cochran Firm for fraud and served same in its advertised Atlanta office, Georgia Superior Court said that no such firm even existed in Georgia, but someone forgot to stop the TELEVISION COMMERCIALS, PHONE BOOK ADS, INTERNET ADS, BILLBOARDS, PRESS RELEASES, etc.

8) So perhaps they dug an even deeper hole - now it is either false advertising or perjury in court in addition to the fraud

9) I hear the USDOJ later released Shelby Co. Jail from overview after court hearings wherein poor Larry's death was never mentioned - a big secret, you see.

10) Everything would be just fine and dandy if HIS FAMILY WOULD ONLY SHUT UP AND TAKE IT!

yes Mary I suggested that people would try to label U a nut case in an e-mail that I sent to u -the reason I said that is because that is how the NWO labels people to cast doubt so that others will question U and not the issue in a forum kinda thing --it is how they use spin to deflect our eyes from truth. I was not referring to those here on Care2- I was referring to when this grows more into the public awareness--and it will--just be prepared for them to dismiss this in the public as a "conspiracy theory" from people who imagine things--and since I contribute to a blog on 9/11 debunking I would not know a thing about being labled a nutcase by the NWO/spindoctors to publically cast doubt in my direction--

Thank all of you. I am so pleased to see that while I HAVE BEEN SHUT OUT OF MY INTERNET SERVICE FOR THE LAST TWO DAYS, you have thought of me and commented.

I wrote a much better article about this New World Order problem, letting folks know that a former senator says there are concentration camps being built around the U.S. for citizens. Hopefully, if there ever were any such plans, they are over with our new Administration, but it is interesting to read about.

Hi Mary, you are correct, as our rights are being violated also and those who we went to are not helping and/or trying to cover it up, in the end a 4 year old boy and his uncle were killed due to them not listening to our urgent messages after what happened to us, another man is missing and maybe dead, this is all for one company and their buddies in Florida. So we know how bad it is in our country and its been almost 4 years. Our country protects the guilty now and the innocent decent people of our country are having all their rights violated (some do not know this until they expect their rights to be upheld and then they also find out - that the people we pay to do these jobs are doing the opposite of what they should be) It is heartbreaking.
