THE KING HAS NO CLOTHES!

An ariticle at Care2 reports that the USA had executed Japanese soldiers because they engaged in waterboarding. That is called "hypocrisy."

To teach my young grandson to say the Pledge of Alligiance to the Flag every morning like I did, with the ending proclaiming "liberty and justice for all," is also hypocrisy. That is because his uncle was murdered in Shelby Co. Jail in Memphis, Tennessee by police who were sick of "fooling with" the mental patient, and the USDOJ refuses to give his death the investigative effort it gives abused and murdered DOGS.

POLICE MUST NOT BE ALLOWED TO SECRETLY ARREST AND KILL SICK AMERICAN CITIZENS BECAUSE THEY ARE TIRED OF MENTAL PATIENTS SINGING and then the agency that collects his family's tax money refuses to investigate.

IN FACT, THE USDOJ HELPED WITH THE COVER-UP OF HIS MURDER!

IT IS NOT DEMOCRATIC TO BAR THIS NEWS FROM MAINSTREAM MEDIA, and then chase me with up to four vehicles and a US DOT truck, trapping me at neighborhood services stations because I continue to ask, "WHAT HAPPENED TO LARRY NEAL?"

IT IS NOT DEMOCRATIC TO CENSOR MY ONLINE WRITING, in violation of my First Amendment rights to free press and free speech, because I advocate for other prisoners, who are like my brother:

My censorship force flies under the radar of the security systems where I post articles and do all kinds of things. I have films and printouts that the FBI said I should bring with me tomorrow when I meet them.

At our group, our advocacy will help 1.25 million mental patients in prison. Maybe many of them will be released to treatment programs in their communities, and the ones who did violent crimes will be released from jail in the care of a mental hospital.

This is not good news to prison investors.

BUT THE USDOJ may not want to find out that jails and prisons are wrong.

For instance, when the Pennsylvania judges were indicted for channeling the children into private detention centers for $2.6 million in kickbacks, who do you think was not indicted - probably not even questioned?

DID YOU READ ABOUT THE PRIVATE PRISON GETTING ANY CRIMINAL CHARGES FOR ARRANGING THE WHOLE THING - VICTIMIZING CHILDREN FOR MONEY?

Jail to The Cochran Firm to the Tennessee Bar to Georgia Superior Court to the federal court in Atlanta and all the consumer protection agencies along the way that did not do their jobs, like the FTC and the FCC and the BBB, and the policing agencies that did not do their jobs, like DeKalb Police and the FBI.

So as you can see, so many government and pseu-do government agencies took turns "f" us, that now they just want to get rid of the evidence.

i believe your story, but if you want to gain support (especially from people who might be able to help you), your writing needs to be more concise and you should leave out the crazy-sounding parts (the government moving spies into your neighborhood). i'm not saying it's not true or that you shouldn't document it, just don't make it public. if you ever want to get answers, you need to appeal to the average readers and viewers, not the conspiracy crowd. i'm going to send a few emails right now, even though i know you've exhausted all avenues. sometimes, getting attention is just a matter of timing.

I know it sounds crazy, Catherine. That is because the government was run by sociopaths. Attorney General Antonio Gonzales was indicted last year by a Wallacy County grand jury for prison profiteering - withholding investigations in county jails after abuses in return for kickbacks.

My BROTHER LARRY NEAL WAS A VICTIM OF THAT.

He was secretly arrested in Shelby County Jail, Memphis, TN in mid-July 2003. The jail repeatedly lied about having him for 18 days making sure he died without his heart drugs. A county employee had told my other brother about two weeks before Larry disappeared that the folks in Shelby Co. were getting "sick of him."

Then he disappeared. The jail ignored his missing person reports and when the social worker and Larry's family called the jail, Shelby Co. Jail repeatedly denied having him. They knew well about his heart, that he would die without his meds.

The jail was already under USDOJ overview after mistreating prisoners for years. But the USDOJ did nothing about them murdering Larry.

We are the only American family in the 21st century to have a member die under SECRET arrest and be given no explanation, excuse, arrest records, full autopsy report, no coronors' investigative report, and DENIED any investigation whatsoever.

We found out our wrongful death attorneys, THE JOHNNIE COCHRAN FIRM, was actually working FOR the jail and the State of Tennessee to prevent our having a lawyer really file suit. That law firm merely held our case inactive 10.5 months of the 12 month statute of limitations and did nothing.

The Cochran Firm wrote us lying letters about what all it was doing, but was actually doing zero to bring our lawsuit or investigate Larry's death. In fact, the manaaging partner of The Cochran Firm was in fact a 20+ year member of the Shelby Co. Commission, which owns and operates the jail where Larry died. After tricking my family out of the chance to sue, he got promoted to the Treasurer of Memphis/Shelby County. They gave him ALL the money.

When we discovered The Cochran Firm Fraud (Google that term), we notified the USDOJ and asked for the report Shelby Co. Jail had filed about Larry's death. Guess what? They had never filed a report. So we filed the report with the USDOJ, ASKED FOR HELP, SENT THE DEATH CERTIFICATE.

Instead of helping us, the USDOJ allowed Shelby Co. Jail to enter perjury in the federal records when there were hearings in 2006 to release Shelby Co. Jail from federal overview for being compliant with the terms of its Agreement with the USA to treat prisoners right.

The USDOJ knew already that Shelby Co. Jail had killed Larry, omitted reporting his death, and sent a bogus law firm to represent Larry's family. But it went ahead and let Shelby Co. lie in federal court and according to a reporter at NPR, the USDOJ released Shelby Co. Jail from overview, just like it did not know Shelby Co. was lying like a dog.

THEY ARE ALL DOGS. AND THEY CHASE ME IN CARS AND TRY TO CREATE A ROAD ACCIDENT BECAUSE I HAVE THE SPIRIT OF SOJOURNER TRUTH AND I TELL ON THEM.

I thought telling on them would be unnecessary. We sued The Cochran Firm in Georgia Superior Court, served the lawsuit to its Atlanta office. Guess what?

The Cochran Firm went to court and disclaimed BEING a Cochran Firm office, and Judge Wendy Shoob dismissed our case, saying there IS NO COCHRAN FIRM IN GEORGIA. They are open every day for business at 127 Peachtree St. and advertise on television, Internet, phone books, and lawyer referral services.

NOW WHO IS CRAZY? I cannot help but sound mentally disturbed when I tell this outrageous tale, because it is too much to believe that folks would deny their own existence and stay open every day.

But when you think of it, haven't we had the biggest liars in charge in the government for a long time now? And didn't they tell the most obvious and outrageous lies?

Yes, after GA. Superior Court dismissed by saying there was no such thing as The Cochran Firm in Georgia, we filed suit under DIVERSITY in federal court. That can only be done if there is not a branch of a company you want to sue in your home state.

So Judge Batten, The Cochran Firm, and my family pretended like The Cochran Firm Atlant was not walking distance from the federal courthouse and we went through the motions of a federal lawsuit.

I BELIEVED that surely a federal court would do right by my family, but NOT!

Judge Batten dismissed our suit against the lying law firm on Jan. 9. Do you know what he came up with?

He said that just because The Cochran Firm had lied to us and entered contract with no intention of actually being our lawyers;

just because The Cochran Firm had kept our lawsuits inactive 10.5 months and done nothing whatsoever to actually do a single thing with them;

just because the law firm had used U.S. Mail to do FRAUD against us, writing us lying letters about work not actually being done;

Just because The Cochran Firm had made us miss the opportunity to sue Shelby County Jail for Larry's wrongful death, and in fact, the managing partner was an officer over the jail and they never told us;

The Cochran Firm had actually done nothing wrong. It was ll "immaterial."

That is the word Judge Batten wrote: "IMMATERIAL."

I suppose that is because regular working families with mentally ill family members - 1.25 million of whom are in prison today -- are considered immaterial by our nation's leaders.

AMERICAN CITIZENS AND OUR RIGHTS ARE IMMATERIAL. TO BE DISPOSED OF AND OUR RIGHTS SET ASIDE AT THE CONVENIENCE OF THE "HIGHER-UPS." They are our "betters," you see.

DUANNA JOHNSON did not know what she was up against, trying to sue Shelby County Jail for beating her. They likely considered her mentally ill like my brother Larry because she was a transgender person.

They beat her on tape in Feb. 2008. She planned to sue them. She was executed on Nov. 9, just three months before the deadline for her suit to be filed.

Why was she out walking at night? She had no car. Why not? HER ATTORNEYS HAD NOT FILED HER SUIT EITHER. AND GUESS WHO WORKED WITH HER ATTORNEYS?

JULAIN BOLTON, former Shelby Co. Commissioner of 20+years, former Chairman and former Treasurer.

THE SAME MAN WHO WAS MANAGING PARTNER OF THE COCHRAN FIRM MEMPHIS OFFICE WHEN WE CONTRACTED WITH THEM.

THREE MORE FEDERAL LAWSUITS WERE FILED AGAINST MEMPHIS LAW ENFORCEMENT FOR KILLING AND BEATING MENTAL PATIENTS AFTER LARRY'S WRONGFUL DEATH.

ONE MAN, THEY SHOT 21 TIMES, BUT HE LIVED! THEY SHOT HIM ALL IN HIS BUTTOCKS AND THE SOLES OF HIS FEET. I GUESS HE WAS BALLED UP TIGHT LIKE A FETUS.

ANOTHER MAN WAS BEATEN TO DEATH. THEY BEAT HIM SENSELESS, THEN CALLED AN AMBULANCE. THEY SAW THAT HE WAS STILL ALIVE, AND THE REPORTS SAY THEY FINIHSHED BEATING HIM TO DEATH ON THE WAY TO THE HOSPITAL.

THE THRID PERSON WAS A 13-YEAR-OLD RETARDED BOY, THEY ARRESTED AND THREW IN JAIL AS AN ADULT TO BE ABUSED BY THE OTHER INMATES.

In Memphis, somone is a psycho who hates mentally disturbed people. Duanna Johnson fit the profile to them, because to them, anyone GLBT is also mentally ill.

Then the USDOJ covers for the Memphis Law Enforcement. Now do you get it?

These judges in Georgia come up with any kind of lie - pull a rabbit out of the hat - to render the judgment they want. And the folks in D.C. have to know about it, and they allow it.

I have written to the USDOJ about Larry after the CHANGE.

I wrote three times -- NO RESPOSNE other than an email confirmation they got the mail.

I called and was put on permanent hold when I told them I called to report about the USDOJ itself allowing perjury to be entered into federal records in court hearings regarding Shelby Co. Jail.

THEY DON'T WANT TO HEAR IT. Because they would be expected to do something.

THAT IS JUST LIKE MANY OF THE CARE2 MEMBERS EXPECTING THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT THE TORTURE IN THE WAR ON TERROR CAMPS.

If the USDOJ won't do anything about the murders of Americans in jail, like my brother Larry and others,

how likely is the USDOJ to do anything about the torture and murders of foreigners?

I submitted to the court the image I took of the LETHAL INJECTION TABLE photo that used to be left on pages that I open at Care2. It had my name underneath it.

That is why I know this is no "computer glitch."

I have an affidavit on file by a person who was visiting my home when I opened a page and there it was -- the lethal injection table photograph and my name underneath.

I sent her affidavit and the "printscreen" image of the death threat to United States District Court, and Judge Batten said nothing about that or about the fact that Angela Mason, Cochran Firm Attorney, was able to tell the court the color of the VEHICLE THAT USUALLY FOLLOWED ME HOME FROM WORK AT NIGHT in January and Feb. 2008, although I had never told anyone the color.

It appears that The Cochran Firm and Judge Batten thought my being harassed in violation of U.S. CODE 18, SEC. 245 was fine and dandy.

I WILL NOT TAKE IT QUIETLY. I CAN DO NOTHING ABOUT THE FASCIST COUNTRY THAT AMERICA HAS BECOME, BUT I WILL NOT BE YOUR SLAVE. I WILL TELL ABOUT THE DEATH THREATS THAT THE POLICE AND FBI WILL NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT.

The people who replied to my alarm after getting this message that I consider threatening at my Sharebook seemed to see nothing alarming about it, but none offered any explanation as to how seven taglines got shortened to only to "deathpenalty mary neal."

I answered thusly:

Thank you for responding. You do not see anything wrong about the fact that I had seven tags, and they were reduced to "Mary Neal Death Penalty"?



What about the fact that I used to open my page and my album at Care2 and see the photo of the Lethal Injection table with my name underneath it? I used printscreen to capture photos of it. One night, someone was visiting when I opened a page on Care2 and there it was! She was able to give me an Affidavit which I filed with United States District Court about the threats.



Have you ever opened your page or your album and seen anything like that?

I thought not. How often are your tags shortened - and leave only those words that seem threatening?

I thank those who responded in the group for Care2 technical help for offering suggestions. I NOTICED THAT WHEN I SAID I HAVE FILM OF THE WHOLE THING, I WAS DELETED FROM THE GROUP.

I have film of the cyberstalkers removing my tags as I type them, and I have film and have placed film with others to keep for me of many other examples of cyberterrorism that started long before I ever joined CAre2. These cyberstalkers, who can fly under the radar here at Care2 as well as other online groups, do not want me to be able to post the invitation to the HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH IN ATLANTA ON MAY 16 as a group share.

In case some don't know how to make a group share at Care2, please note there was nothing incorrect about my tags. You can go to the group shares on any of the groups I listed and choose any share there. Then look at the tag lines for that person's share and you will see the identical tag line I used, which was removed from my invitation to the Human Rights for Prisoners March.

The only way I know to post a group share is to type an astrick and the word "group" followed by a colon and the short name for the group, then closing with a final astrick.

It is called "cyberterrorism" and the FBI has a whole division dedicated to tracking and eliminating these types of criminal activities, although they will not use their crime labs for me, because it would be traced back to people the government protects.

What an interesting discussion. I look forward to seeing more, because discussions about points such as Mary Neal raises can lead to rectifying some of the flaws in the system.

The USA seems to me to be a republic, a plutocracy, and from time to time a kleptocracy.

With the restrictions there upon people who are permitted to run for president, vote, and speak as they choose, the USA is some distance from being a democracy--but it's getting there.

The founding fathers knew that.; they wanted to form a "more perfect union". As far as I can tell there is no mention of "democracy" in the Declaration of Independence, Constitution, or Pledge of Allegiance, but "Republic" is there.

In the same way that a "sub-prime loan" with a AAA rating is not necessarily a good asset, a "republic" is not necessarily a "democracy". e.g. China is "The People's Republic of China", but neither in my nor its opinion a democracy. Taiwan is "The Republic of China", and (if the brawls in its parliament are an example) also a democracy.

Thank you, Mary. I happened to find an article online last week that clarified that point that most Americans may not be aware about - this is a repulic, not a democracy. I am not sure what that means in terms of citizens' rights. All I do know is that your right to free speech and free press in the USA depends entirely on what you have to say and write about.

If what you wish to say or write reveals negatives about the "higher-ups," then your Constitutional rights are negated.

Right now, I am again locked out of my Yahoo mail. "They" do not want me to be able to invite my address list of 2,000 people and groups to the Human Rights for Prisoners March in Atlanta on May 16.

Who are the prisoners? I discovered lately prisoners are not only the women and men behind bars at the mercy of an unjust system of justice, like Troy Davis. The prisoners are not only unarmed young men like Oscar Grant, who was stretched out on the concrete at a San Francisco train station and shot in the back by BART police.

YOU MAY NOT REALIZE IT YET, BUT YOU ARE ALSO A PRISONER. You are fingerprinted to drive and for many jobs. Your cities are being outfitted with cameras on telephone poles that can monitor your movements. Your online communication is monitored, and if what is written is objectionable to the government or other higher-ups, your electronic communication is subject to sabotage and disruption. There is talk of going to a cashless system, which will enable the power structure to monitor each and every purchase you make.

If you start an online community network that requires potential members to descramble a code, your potential members will be screened out by not allowed them to descramble the code if the power structure do not want them to communicate to your group. ALWAYS include a phone no. and mailing address on your home page if you want to have better freedom of access to information. The Internet is very controlled.

I was notified this week that Yahoo has turned by 1,100 emails meant for me since I announced the upcoming Human Rights for Prisoners' March in Atlanta on May 16. They do not wish for me to be able to communicate with people about the march.

I discovered that the email account NING issued me and from which I sent invitations to the march is a FAKE email address. Mail cannot actually get in or out: MaryNeal577@AlarmsForJustice.Ning.com

That probably kept the 2,000 invitations to my Yahoo group members and organizations from getting their invitations.

The invitation I posted in my Care2 Sharebook had a number of tags all going to various Care2 groups. The tags that would have sent the invitation to groups were deleted, and only "death penalty Mary Neal" was left in my tagline.

The USA is not a democracy, and the phrase "liberty and justice for all" omitted its correct ending: "all healthy, privileged Caucasians of a certain political, religious, and ideological persuasion."

That is the unfortunate truth. If you fall outside of that narrow category in any sense, then you have no liberty that is actually protected and you will get no justice if you try to object in court.

Yahoo locked me out of my messages again, for my own good of course - security issues, you know.

NING never answered as to why it issued me a fake email.

I think life would be easier for all of these folks if the USDOJ did not allow jails under its supervision to enter perjury into the record at federal hearings - then things like this censorship would not be needed.

I think judges should not say law firms do not exist when they are in clear view, open for business, and advertising prolifically. That sort of thing comes back and bites one through one's judicious robes.

Lawyers should not trick their clients and work for their clients' defendants. Oh what a tangled web we weave . . .

The kings should not appear naked in public if they want to be perceived as being fully dressed. Someone may just tell you the Truth one day.

If there are qualifiers to the "for all" at the end of our Pledge of Allegiance, folks ought to write it in. Otherwise, all the people you tax might think you mean them.

May 20, 2009 I was not allowed to post this in my sharebook. I thought I would post it as a comment to this article I submitted on cyberstalking and censorship.

HAS SOMEONE TAKEN CONTROL OF YAHOO, OR WHAT?
I could teach a class in Internet censorship: Electronic Censorship 101.

The last email I received in my Yahoo folder was message was around 7pm on 5/19 - eight hours ago. I sent myself an email from two other email boxes to see why. I was able to get a message to my Yahoo email account from neither of my other two email boxes. One got this response: "This account has been temporarily suspended," and the response to the other was "Sent message, but it was rejected by the recipient domain."

My emails are being bounced at Yahoo without any message to me that the account is suspended. I got that "Your account has been temporarily suspended" message daily over the past month. Yahoo reports that it bounced over 1,400 of my emails since I announced the HUMAN RIGHTS FOR PRISONERS MARCH in mid-April (a significant increase over the 1 to 3 emails that bounced in the two months prior to announcing the march). Now incoming emails are being bounced without giving me the courtesy of knowing that it is being done.

I am aware that a cyberstalker force takes over the administration of my home PCs repeatedly. However, my emails at Yahoo cannot be bounced from my own computer. That can only be done from Yahoo, as far as I know. I don't know the government's capabilities as far as disrupting communication through online carriers or if the government would do such a thing. Last week, I sent this FIOA Request to the USDOJ:

Communication regarding the secret arrest and wrongful death of Larry Neal and the conspiracy that followed, including The Cochran Firm Fraud, as well as my advocacy for mentally ill prisoners through Assistance to the Incarcerated Mentally Ill suffer extreme censorship. During April and May, the message that my Yahoo account has been suspended due to "suspicious activity" would appear whenever I typed the name of a prisoner activist group into the addressee field of an email I was composing. To discover that my Yahoo account is bouncing the incoming emails without any notice to me is disconcerting. I find this suspicious, and it causes concern that my emails to that account are being deliberately filtered, as is the case with other of my email accounts.

MORE CENSORSHIP

I have known for some time that my GoDaddy email accounts were monitored and controlled. Out of the 2.5 years that we have had the website at http://wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com/ active, despite high traffic to the website, I have only gotten three emails directly from visitors to my associated email box which is listed on the CONTACT US tab: mln@wrongfuldeathoflarryneal.com. When I have people send test emails, I am told that the messages to that email box address bounce, also. Ning gave me a completely FAKE email box to my Alarms for Justice account there: MaryNeal@AlarmsForJustice.Ning.com. I can send an email out from that email box, but it arrives as being from mail@AlarmsForJustice.Ning.com, which would send it to most recipients' spam folder. If it does arrive at a recipient's email box and they try to respond by pressing "reply," the email address that automatically appears in their addressee field is do_not_reply@AlarmsForJustice.Ning.com.

FREE ADVICE

Groups and organizations should be advised that when their administrators elect to filter members or comments that can post at their sites through a scrambled word or phrase, that mechanism can be used to filter their membership and contain messages that the powers that be seek to censor. I have many pages of printouts where I entered correct codes, yet Yahoo and other carriers repeatedly sent error messages claiming the code was input wrong, disallowing my posts to comments sections or denying group membership. (The printouts are snapshots using printscreen to show exactly what the code read and what I input are identical). Therefore, groups and orgs should always show a mailing address and numbers for phoning and faxing on public view if they do not want to have their Internet hosts or hackers censor their membership and the messages that can reach them from the public.

Individuals, groups and organizations should keep their printing presses, copier machines, and mail meters forever. In addition to the ease with which my Internet messaging is controlled, my Internet telephone service is completely useless to me. Although it would appear that using the Internet for communication is the way to go because of the speed and reduced costs (no postage and long distance fees), the Internet is completely controlled, easily censored, and could be shut down some day at will. Keep buying stamps and using U.S. Mail. Keep a landline telephone for incoming calls. It is fine to use an Internet phone for outgoing calls to avoid long distance charges, but if you rely on the Internet phone for incoming calls, calls can be redirected, voicemails can be deleted, etc., by cyberstalkers.
