Thank you, Frank for this. Dallas TX area is getting aerial assistance, and read this morning in my local paper, that there have been a couple cases of WNV symptoms in Williamson, Travis counties (not far from where I live). People in TX in these areas should limit their outside time at dusk, when the mosquitoes are most apt to bite. I sure do, as well as my pets.
