US spy agencies have spent $49.8 billion in fiscal year 2009, which is $2 billion more than the previous year and the second such multibillion-dollar increase in as many years.

Thannxxx Raymond.. sherbet this is totally outrageous.... they should be investigated tooooooooooo, and held acccountable for all the extra money and excess.. Not even 007 could match that amount with his Aston Martin including all the bits and bobs.. and not forgetting the martini and olives?
