They can damn well come to me with 50 warrants - there is just no way I am going to relinquish my animal to anyone. Happy for him - hope he gets to live the most wonderful life as he should be doing.

why the child's parents were not punished for the lack of child care??
However, people are stupid ,coffee has warning that it can burn, maybe each cat, dog should have label " I scratch" " I bite"especially when someone is pulling my tail, these are animals that have their instincts, reflexes, and I think it never fault of animal, but human , poor lab, it's is very specyfic breed , this breed needs human and child contact very close, otherwise it becomes aggressive , thanks Katus kisses for You:))

i totally agree with magda. the fault is NEVER WITH THE ANIMALS, IT IS always with the human that is supposed to be supervising the animal, especially near a child. signed. thank you, kakta.

Thanks to all who have been sharing this heartbreaking story & having 2 yellow labs I know they are usually the most people kid family friendly dogs around with a very nice demeanor!!! I hope Phenias has a good outcome & goes home where he belongs & agree with everybody punish the owners rather then the dog?!!!

Poor Phenias, he should be where he is loved as this is no wrong doing, he was protecting his family. This is about control & punishing an innocent dog & his family, even the neighbours wants Phenias to live! Those responsible karma will catch up with them, justice will be served! Thanks Katka.
