If it isn't him then I hope they get whoever it is but I was most impressed with the penalties. Why don't we have anything remotely like that here in this country! Furious!

It's unbelievable that there are so many sadists out there, usually they only pick on the helpless. They are a danger to all living entities and should be jailed.
