Simone, this will be the best decisions you ever make in your life. However, we still need Vitamin B12 (found in liver) so do get a good real supplement (not the synthetic type)! May be I'll share a few great recipes in the next few days! I am replacing meat with sea cucumber (dulce) and young coconut flesh. Lots of beans, buts, leafy greens and some fruits and freshly-squeezed juice!! I recently started liking raw uncooked onions (never tasted this good and spicy)!

VEGETARIANS rock!!!

Hi Mark G, thanks - that's a good question! The sea cucumber referred to is a sea vege: http://www.whfoods.com/genpage.php?tname=whfkitqa&dbid=23 May be vege forums shld stop using the term "sea cucumbers". I know it's confusing!
