The red and black insect army literally covers "every possible inch" of the 20-acre site. They sit three or four deep on walls, tree trunks and machinery and look like a "crawling, wriggling carpet" on the grass

Thanks Simone: This is so cool!!! Loved this article and noted!!! Like Jamie said "See mother nature at work" that basically says it all. I am surprised that Mother Nature is still trying to heal our damaged planet, but this was such a SWEET SWEET story, I just had to leave a comment. There may be some little hope for those farmers that don't use pesticides (one can dream) after all. Great article, love those ladybugs!!!

Thanxx, sherbet I thought these little ladies were becoming scarce... they are our natural born killers in the garden and do an amazing job... so that we can be pesticide free.
