Do yopu know PeTA gave their "Man of the Year" award to Dr Nigel Binns who invented a mouse gas trap that e-mails you after it killed the mouse? It kills with CO2 gas (not CO) and the death is horrific strangulation seizures and retching muscle contortions racked with pain. Your body runs out of oxygen just like drowing, is drowning an animal humane?

For Gods sake people, stop following PeTA, glue traps are horrific but not more horrific that a gas chamber.

PeTA says gas chambers are not humane for dogs or cats, but somehow they are humane for rodents?

A few months ago I was Chicago animal cops (not sure of the exact name) and one of the inspectors was called to a business that used glue traps and wanted her to remove the animal from the trap as it was still alive. She took it back to the centre and washed all the glue off it, wrapped in a towel and I must say its little face sticking out of the towel was so cute. By the way she gave the people a good lecture about using glue traps.

I've protested glue traps through PETA as well as taken on my own personal crusade with places such as Ace Hardware where I saw a big display. When you see the glue traps you can launch your own initiative.

Glue traps are often used here in the country as a means to get rid of rodents...I abhor it. I let my family and friends know that I do. I hope they stop manufacturing it
