My heart goes out to Phoenix. I pray that he makes it so that he can go to a home where he will be loved and cared for. He deserves to know how that is. I hope the scum who let him get in this condition pays severely for what he/she has done.

OMG this is horrific! I pray to God that Phoenix makes a complete recovery! And hunt down and hang the maniac that let this happen to Phoenix!
