Probably kids as so often. Hope they get arrested and sent to jail where they belong.

i don't know biggi there's a whole lot of pretty bad adults out there. there is no telling who done this to these dogs, lets just pray who ever it was is caught soon. and not getting upset just yet on who we think it might be. to bad only one of the dogs could be saved, but atleast he was saved.
