Trapping and killing feral cats has been proven to be ineffective, costly, cruel and inhumane. It is inconceiveable that Towson University, which has as its motto "Think Outside", would be so shortsighted and close-minded as to resort to a technique

It is so sickening that people think killing is the only way to solve problems.

the TNR program works and is humane and compassionate.

humans need to stop thinking that the only solution to a problem is to kill.
