Well, we know how most courts are run - why is this a surprize. But having some of the damaging testimony recorded is good for any future cases...Thanks Simone...

I hope they will appeal...and appeal and appeal- because this is simply outrageous.
It is tlme for Barnum and Bailey to get the wild animals OUTof their act- set a precedent for circuses Word wide- -It is now in this day and age no longer acceptable to enslave animals. (... and it never was to begin with. )
